When will my tent be delivered and set up?

Our team handles the complete set up of every tent rental. Delivery and set up typically occurs 1-3 days prior to your event.
Does Tent Bros NY set up in public parks?

Yes! we regularly set up tents in public parks and are approved to work with many local municipalities. If your event requires a permit, we’ll help walk you through the process and provide any required details.
What is the difference between a Pole Tent and a Frame Tent?

A Pole Tent is supported by center poles and it must be staked into the ground. These are best for grass and dirt surfaces and require 5 feet around each side of the tent for stakes.
A Frame Tent is supported by a metal frame and does not have any center poles. This creates a little more space underneath the tent and allows for a more flexible layout. Although it is ideal to stake a Frame Tent, it can also go on surfaces that can’t be staked (using weights).
How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak weekends (June–September). Our most popular tent sizes often book out weeks or months in advance.
